Hi! I'm Adri, and I’m an independent IFS Consultant specializing in Finance, CRM and HCM functional areas. With over 20 years of experience, including 18 years optimizing financial operations through ERP systems, I've helped companies streamline their financial and human capital management processes. Building on my expertise in finance, I joined IFS in 2020 as Regional Head of Deal Operations, leading high value deal structuring and sales operations.I led the deal oversight of $500M+ in transactions, applying a results-driven approach to business analysis, process optimization, and deal management. I provided strategic guidance to account executives, developed SOPs, and led the onboarding of new team members. In 2021, I was awarded MVP for the APJMEA region.In 2023, I transitioned to ERP implementation consulting, specializing in IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud across CRM, Finance, and HCM. In 2024, I founded CXnergy Solutions, to offer independent consulting services, focusing on streamlining processes and improving Customer Experience (CX) through business analysis and functional support for ERP Implementations.I’m passionate about helping businesses unlock the full potential of their ERP systems and am always eager to apply my expertise to new challenges.
